Pray for the Taliban.

What? Why?

1 – “You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,” (Matt 5:43-44).
2 – “‘As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign Lord, I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that they turn from their ways and live. Turn! Turn from your evil ways!” (Ezek. 33:11). “The Lord… is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance,” (2 Peter 3:9).

What if the next Billy Graham is presently an Afghan Taliban?

What if, like Iran, Afghanistan became the fastest growing Church in the world?

What if the Taliban emerged as the next “Berean” Church, that “received the message with great eagerness”?

“Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven,” (Matt. 6:10).
